The Office OPK includes media that assists system builders in setting up a single OEM Office image that may then be pre-installed on each and every PC that the system builders sell and deliver. 3 Pack of Office Small Business Edition 2007 MLK (Media Less Kit) with DVD case (NO disk) and 3 COAs (License Key). The DVD case has no disks in it; it contains a liner that has the OEM Office Product ID number (PID) and a URL where they may request free replacement media, if they wish it. The only way to get end-user media is to request it after purchasing the license in this manner. Microsoft Small Business Edition 2007 contains: Microsoft Office Excel 2007 spreadsheet software. Microsoft Office Outlook 2007 with Business Contact Manager. Microsoft Office PowerPoint 2007 presentation graphics program. Microsoft Office Publisher 2007. Microsoft Office Word 2007. Microsoft Office SBE 2007 is a complete suite of productivity and database software that can help you save time and stay organized. Features: Defectives: For replacement COAs (torn, marked-up, not there), reseller must go to http://oem.microsoft.com/script/mr/coaReplacement.aspx and fill out form. For replacement media (skipping, cracked, whatever), reseller must go to http://oem.microsoft.com/script/mr/MediaReplacement.aspx and fill out form. If the reseller has questions or issues with the process, they may e-mail sbcreplacea@msdirectservices.com directly. For End Users they need to contact their System Builder for support. However, if they are unable to obtain support from their System Builder, there will be E-2-E Media Replacement support only at a minimal charge.
