- For charity organizations, schools, government agencies, and non-profit organizations in Texas, please fill out the Texas Sales Tax Exemption Form. Adobe Acrobat Reader is required to fill out and print the form.
- A cover letter in company/business/government letter head.
- Any additional credit information.
