The CaseEtc.com Story. CaseEtc.com was the first web store dedicated to selling PC mod-related products in the world. It was opened for business in September 2000 by then 14-year old Cole Dudley in Indiana. Cole loved to mod PC cases and wrote an article on how to do it. The business was started as a way to help fellow modders to find mod-related products. It grew quickly and became a popular site among the case mod community. Cole and CaseEtc.com provided service and products to thousands customers around the world. He designed products, ran the shop, and wrote articles on case mod subjects. He had often to work 14-hour days while attending high school. Now in the process of starting his college, Cole has decided to merge CaseEtc.com with Directron.com, effective Jan. 1, 2003. He believes that's the best way to continue serving the mod community with quality products and excellent services. Directron.com has been selling mod products since late 2000 - the first for a traditional distributor. It has since become the largest store with the most selection of mod products. Directron.com will carry most products from CaseEtc.com and resume full product warranty for past customers. If you have purchased products from CaseEtc.com in the past and believe your product is still under warranty, Directron.com will take care of the warranty until it expires. Update, May 2007 - Cole has now graduated from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology with double degrees in Electrical Engineering and Economics. He is heading to Stanford for an MBA. Congratulations!
