(A) Order Status:
There are several ways to find out the status of your outstanding orders:
(1) Check your email for shipping confirmation;
(2) Track your order with your order number;
(3) If you have Yahoo ID, you can check the status of your order at http://myshopping.yahoo.com (Note: except RMA/RFC/SDR/ODR for which your order may be marked as "rejected.")
(4) Post a question in the Customer Service section of our Help Desk.
(B) Sales and Tech Support Questions:
