(A) Order Status:
There are several ways to find out the status of your outstanding orders:
(1) Check your email for shipping confirmation;
(2) Track your order with your order number;
(3) If you have Yahoo ID, you can check the status of your order at http://myshopping.yahoo.com (Note: except RMA/RFC/SDR/ODR for which your order may be marked as "rejected.")
(4) Post a question in the Customer Service section of our Help Desk.
(B) Sales and Tech Support Questions:
Search First! 95% of the questions asked via e-mail and phone calls already have answers on our web site or Help Desk.

We do use e-mails; however, our response to questions through our forum is much faster. The forum also leaves an archived record of the past questions and answers.

To return merchandise or make a discrepancy or shipping damage claim, you must fill out the respective form online. No e-mail or phone call is necessary!
