Custom Mugs Just for You!Personality with a style!Design your own logo or image. We'll put it on a quality porcelain mug. Keep the mug or give it as a gift for any occassion. People will really appreciate the ones with humor. Suggested applications: Surprise gifts for birthdays, anniversaries, Christmas, and other special occasions. Long-lasting images of the loved ones, children, and memories. We use a high-quality process and printer to produce the mugs. Once you place your order, send an image of the logo design to mugs@directron.us. Please include your order number in the subject. The image must be in jpg (.jpg) format. The size should be not be larger than 330x200 with the highest resolution possible. All images will be transferred as it is without editing since re-sizing often reduces the quality of the image. If you send an image in print, we provide a scanning service, which will cost $10 more. If you are ordering the mug together with other products, the mug may be shipped separately and late. Specs: White porcelain mug. Mugs will be shipped in individual shipping boxes to avoid damage during shipping. We use a high-quality image transfer process. The image will last virtually forever should it not be exposed to direct sun light. Warranty: (1) Unless there is a quality problem once a custom mug is produced, the mug is not refundable. Availability: Sorry this item is sold out. No ETA. Notes: (1) To avoid fading, do not place mugs in direct sunlight. (2) We do not provide samples or proof samples for mugs.
