Pre-Cut a Window on a Side PanelLet us do the dirty work for you!Directron.com now offers a special service to cut and mount windows on the side panel of your case by our professional technicians. You can add this service at the time when you order your new case or send us a panel of your existing case for us to cut it for you. Benefits to You: (1) You don't have to purchase expensive tools to cut the window yourself. (2) You don't have to mess with the window-cutting process. (3) The case will arrive with a pre-cut window and even a pre-mounted window (the latter is optional). (4) We provide warranty to the modified case, while any mod by yourself may void the warranty. Specs: We'll cut the window only on the left-side panel (if the front of the case is facing you). We'll use our best judgment on the position of the window, depending on the case you ordered and the panel you send us. Currently we offer only four pre-determined window sizes: rectangular, oval, round, and server. Notes: (1) The window kit must be ordered separately or as an option. (2) Mounting the window kit is a separate service and must be ordered separately. If not ordered, the window kit will be shipped separately without mounting. (3) Similarly, mounting the window applique is a separate service and must be ordered separately. If not ordered, the window applique will be shipped separately without mounting. (4) Once cut, the window-cutting service is not refundable. (5) This service is available only to single-sheet, metal panels. It's not available to plastic panels. (6) The turn-around time for the service is 5-7 business days. In other words, this service may delay shipping your order by 5-7 business days. If you send us your own panel, the turn-around-time is 1-2 weeks from receiving your panel. (7) If you send us your own panel, you're responsible for shipping it back to you via a method of your choice. Directron.com is not responsible for any damage to your panel during transit, coming to us or going back to you. (8) We use a proven technology to safeguard the paint of the panel for a very professional result. The sharp edges will be manually filed away before shipping. (9) You must agree that you want Directron to choose the position for the window. Directron will make the best judgment about the position of the window. Typically we'll position it away from power supply and drive cages, showing mostly the CPU/fan and expansion slots. The actual position may vary from one case to the other. You're welcome to leave a note on your order if you have any specific concerns regarding the positioning. (10) Not all case windows fit each case. In case of a compatibility problem, we'll contact you by phone or e-mail to work out a solution before cutting the window.
