Made from tough, yet lightweight components, 2195 Enclosures make installation and assembly a snap-literally.Features: Dual Configuration: With a 2195 Enclosure you can install a 5.25" ATAPI CD/DVD drive, or a 3.5" IDE/EIDE hard drive. The 2195 was engineered to happily accommodate both types of drive mechanisms. If you install a 3.5" hard drive, simply keep the attractive fascia in place (left) or remove it to expose the face of your CD/DVD drive (right). In either case, the fit and finish is flawless. On-Off Switch: Turn your drive on and off as needed-while your computer is running-to save electricity. 48-bit Logical Block Addressing: With 48-bit LBA, the 2195 supports the highest capacity IDE/EIDE drives available today-and for years to come. Fanless Operation: The 2195 Enclosure dissipates heat so efficiently it doesn't need a noisy fan. The only way you may know it's actually on is by looking at the LED. Stackable: Have more than one drive looking for a home? The 2195 is stackable, so you can add drives without taking up more desktop space.
