Anti-Vibration Fan FastenersVibration-damping isolators. Rubber sticks designed for decoupled fan-mounting of case fans. Easy to mount and easy to remove. This product functions similar to the rubber washer but it is much easier to use. This product works with most sizes of PC case fans including 6, 8, 9, and 12cm. Great for individual machines as well as system builders. Packed in individual plastic bags. Made in Germany.Instructions: (1) Pull the fasteners through the housing wall of the computer (or the power supply) so that their rounded heads point to the outside. (2) Slide the spacers over the fasteners' thin ends from the inside of the housing, until the rest snugly against the inside wall. (3) Slide the fan with the four mounting holes over the fasteners until their ends become visible again. Pull on the ends while gently pushing the fan into place. Then cut off the ends while gently pulling on them again, so that they do not protrude to the inside of the housing. (Article 1000020). Contents: 4 rubber washers (thin spacers or shims). 4 rubber sticks (fasteners). One instruction sheet in English and German. All in a plastic bag. Manufacturer part no. 1000020.
