Make sure the video cable supplied with the panel is tightly secured to the video card in the computer.
Check video cable to ensure all pins are straight.
Check the user's guide to see if any special conversion connector or adapter is required for proper signal continuity between the video card and the ViewPanel.
Colors - LCD
If any of the red, green, or blue colors are missing, check the signal cable to make sure it is tightened correctly. The pins in the cable could be loose and cause a bad connection.
Check video cable to ensure all pins are straight.
Try the ViewPanel with another computer.

No Power
Set the power switch to ON on the LCD panel. The LED will light up on the front of the panel.
Make sure the power cord in the back of the panel is securely connected into a power outlet.
Check the power source using another electrical device to make sure the power source is supplying sufficient voltage.
Scrolling Image
Make sure the video input signals are within the monitor's specified frequency range.Try the monitor with another power source and/or computer system. Connect the video cable securely.
Image or Text Not Smooth
Make sure the ViewPanel is set to run at its true resolution. You can adjust the resolution in your Display Properties in your Control Panel. If running a Macintosh computer, set your adapter to the true resolution for your specific ViewPanel. Instructions for dip switch settings are included with the adapter. If you do not have an adapter, please contact our Parts Department at 800-888-8583 x6046 between 8-5 PST, Monday through Friday.
Adjust the screen image with the OnView Controls (see User's Guide for details).
Image Persistence
Unlike CRT monitors, image persistence or "Burn-In" is not permanent on your LCD panel. To recover from "Burn-In", leave the panel OFF for an extended time. We recommend the use of a screen saver when the ViewPanel is not in use.
How do I unfold the base away from my LCD panel when it is packaged in the wall mount configuration?
The only way to stand the LCD panel upright is to pull the base away with a little bit of pressure. This is safe and will not break the LCD. It is made this way so when the unit is wall mounted the LCD panel remains upright and does not fall against the wall.

What is the maximum resolution of my VX2000 LCD display?
Although the User Guide which came with your unit states the VX2000 is capable of displaying 1600x1200 @ 75Hz, the VX2000 LCD display is actually capable of displaying a maximum resolution of 1600x1200 @ 60Hz.
