(1) First of all, if you don't feel satisfied for any aspect of your order, please contact us immediately 1-800-988-4224 or send an email to email@example.com.
(2) Directron.com is a Yahoo store shopping site. You can opt-in to participate in Yahoo customer survey when you place an order with us. Only Directron.com customers who placed an order with us can participate in that survey. One survey per order. Only customers can change or resubmit the survey rating. Over the years, we have accumulated over 25,000 customer reviews. However due to a change on Yahoo's side, only the most recent 8600 or so reviews are counted in our rating. Some of the historic customer reviews are published herein. Directron.com is a highly rated Yahoo Shopping store.
(3) ResellerRatings.com is a third party customer review site. You don't need to be a customer to leave comments there; but you must follow the rules for that site.
(4) BizRate.com is another third-party site that offer customer reviews.
(5) ePublicEye.com is also a third-party site that offer customer reviews.
