Found it very easy to order what I wanted and I wasn't slammed with a rediculous shipping charge like a lot of the on-line retailers. My purchased was 35% less than anywhere else I could find it on the web. A word of advise to anyone reading this...Don't be afraid of OEM products,they are the best values you'll ever get. My order was complex and included quite a few small items--everything was THERE, and the order was clearly shipped immediately. It arrived by ground transport quicker than several past "second day air" orders from other online vendors (who often defeat the purpose of rapid delivery by NOT shipping immediately). As soon as I ordered everything for a new machine, my old machine ate it. I ordered the case last, it got here first, and ironically, I ordered the video card first, and it got here dead LAST! Rating: Excellent Comments: Rating: Awful Comments: They punish the customer for defective product they distribute by making them pay return shipping of the defective product. They charge you more money to send out a replacement before the other is returned, its called cross shipping. They did waive my $10 dollar charge but reluctantly. One of the owners I had the displeasure of speaking with was rude as can be, and should take a class in customer service. Rating: Bad Comments: The web site is well laid out and reasonably easy to use. I could not discern the difference between registering and filling out multiple pages of information for an order however. When I could not seem to get a discount to appear, I finally wrote them a note in the comments section of the order telling them what I was trying to do and asking for help. Instead of help, I got an Email back that essentially said: "Na Na ...Na Na.Na.Naaa! You didn't do it right, so you don't get the discount! " Well, of course I didn't, that is why I was asking for help! My reaction was simply; I wouldn't do business with them again ever. There are plenty of decent sites out there without twits in customer service! Don't these sites realize they usually just get one chance to make a positive impression on a new customer? I was kept informed as to the status of the order and could use the tracking system to trace the order status. Rating: Good Comments: Rating: Bad Comments: Had problems with one of the 6 mm fans they sold me, they never replied to me, I spent a lot of money wit hthis merchant, and they did not bother returning my e-mail over a few losuy bucks cheap fan. Ordered a FongKai case and some other bits & pieces. Good communication on the progress of the order. Order was received quickly and as scheduled. I ordered an extra case fan. The packing list showed it was in the box but it was not. Called Directron and they told me to fill out the online form(it was all on the back of the packing list if I would have read it).
