1) Free shipping is only provided to addresses in the continental U.S.A. 2) The shipping charge is not automatically removed by our order system. The shipping charge will be manually adjusted for each order. Your paper invoice which is shipped with your order should reflect the difference however the automatic order status system may not reflect the difference. 3) The free shipping discount only applies to the item that has the free shipping tag. If you order items that do not have free shipping in your order then you will still be charged shipping on the items that do not have free shipping.
Example: If you ordered a case with free shipping and then also ordered a power supply that does not have free shipping then you would be charged the shipping on the power supply but not the case.
