The HK695 Audio System is the latest innovation from harman/kardon, a long time leader in the manufacture of high-end component and computer audio systems. Newer technologies include Vmax, a Harman International audio image-processing algorithm that seamlessly supports both two and four channel sound cards. This audio hologram creates a four speaker sound field from two speakers through the use of a head related transfer function when used with a four channel sound card. In addition, the algorithm provides enhanced stereo when used with a two channel sound card.
