Hold for Pickup at UPS StationDirectron.com now offers a Hold for Pickup service option for only $10.00UPS delivers the package to the UPS facility you select and calls the consignee by telephone for pickup. Packages are usually available by 8:30 a.m. on the scheduled day of delivery. To request Hold for Pickup, complete the form below with your name, telephone number, and the full address of the UPS facility for each package. Hold for Pickup service is not available for Saturday delivery shipments. We'll apply a UPS Hold for Pickup label above the address label on the package. When picking up the package, the recipient is required to present a driver's license or other photo identification. Packages not picked up within five business days from the date of arrival will be returned to the shipper. Hold for Pickup is available in conjunction with the following services: Call 1-800-PICK-UPS (1-800-742-5877) to determine the most convenient UPS-staffed Customer Counter location. Notes: (1) $4 is charged for this special service because there of the extra paper work involved. (2) You must add this item to your shopping basket for us to ship the package with Hold for Pickup. We may not be able to fulfill your request all the time via phone or e-mail on existing orders. (3) This service is for US domestic shipments only.
