Info: This is a picture of the Front USB panel I made with a pocketknife, pencil, utility knife, sandpaper, and screwdriver. 1. Trace where the holes will go. 2. Then carefully trace the holes with the utility knife to start the trenches. 3. Then, proceed to make the trenches deeper with the pocketknife. When the trenches are fairly deep, push the rectangular piece out with the phillips screwdriver. 4. Sand the front of the 3.5" faceplate with 120 grit sandpaper and progress to 220 grit sandpaper to remove the marks you made while playing with knives. :P Pictures:  Gallery submission by: J_Macker my side blowholes I had a local heating and air conditioning shop cut these two holes for my 120mm Panaflo fans. The shop did a fine job and only charged $11.50 USD. So, if you are weary of hacking up your case, you might want to have professionals do it for you. Pictures:  and here's my ducting These are some pictures of the ducting I did in my case. I used some plastic drain pipe for rain gutters and cut it into an "S" shape. I then used duct tape to tape the pieces together, and while it may look somewhat ghetto, it is forcing TWO 80mm fans to suck the air out of the heatsink.
