Summer Camp & Tour in China Since 2000, Hua Xia Chinese School has successfully organized summer camps and tour in China for students and adults in the States. Such a trip is a special treat for the children and adults. They not only learn Chinese and Chinese culture in the real environment, but also taste the real Chinese food, see the scenes, and have a great time. Travel Routes: Typically we organize two routes for this trip: (1) 1st route: Beijing-Xi An-Chongqing-Wuhan-Shanghai (2) 2nd route: Beijing-Nanjing-Wuxi-Suzhou-Shanghai-Hangzhou Actual route may change from year to year. Please check out the latest info for the updated tour details. Time: The tour normally takes place in early June to avoid summer vacation peak time in China. It lasts 12-14 days. Costs: The cost is typically $1400-$2000 per person, depending on the details of the tour, which covers two-way air-fair, lodging, transportation, and meals. (Some details may vary from one year to another) Group Size & Requirements: We try to limit the group size to 15-20 children. There is not limited on the number of adults for each group. There will be at least two adults as leaders for each group. Children older than 12 years do not require their parents to accompany them. Children under 12 must have at least one parent to accompany them. Facilities: We try to secure the best lodging and transportation facilities during the tour. FAQ: (1) May I join the group in China by traveling to the first stop without going with the group first? --Yes. (2) May I depart the group in the last stop so that I can spend more time in China to visit friends and relatives? --Yes.
