Kingston ValueRAM Series 512MB DDR2-667 DIMM Memory, 240-Pin, CL5, Non-ECC, Unbuffered, Model: KVR667D2N5/512DDR2 is the next-generation evolution of DDR memory technology. DDR2 memory features faster speeds, higher data bandwidths, lower power consumption and enhanced thermal performance.This ValueRAM Series KVR667D2N5/512 DIMM Memory is 64M x 64-bit (512MB) DDR2-667 CL5 SDRAM (Synchronous DRAM) memory module. The components on this module include eight 64M x 8-bit (16M x 8-bit x 4 Bank) DDR2-667 SDRAM in FBGA packages. This 240-pin DIMM uses gold contact fingers and requires +1.8V. Features:
