Antec, DFI, Maxtor, Thermaltake, and Zalman Join ForcesPress Release, Houston, TX, July 3, 2003.We are pleased to announce that Antec, DFI, Maxtor, Thermaltake, and Zalman have reached a two-year agreement with Directron.com to become the premium sponsors of OperationLAN. As premium sponsors, these fine vendors will have naming rights for the tournaments and contests during the OperationLAN. We have named five of our contests accordingly: Antec Case Mod Contest DFI Counter Strike Tournament Maxtor Battle Field 1942 Tournament Thermaltake Command & Conquer Generals Tournament Zalman Street Fighter Showdown Tournament We welcome these vendors to become partners of OperationLAN. Together we can build OperationLAN into a major gaming event in the Greater Houston area with nation-wide name recognition. Such a partnership would allow these vendors not only to market their products to the gaming segment, but also receive feedback and interactions with the hard-core gamers.
