Linkskey 8 Ports Rackmount USB PS/2 KVM Switch, Model: LKV-7308The Linkskey LKV-7308 KVM Switch is designed for computer/server management on a centralized single admin desk in corporate, factory as well as in campus computing environment. LKV-7308 USB PS/2 KVM Switch offers a hotplugging capability that allows you to plug off and on the KVM cablings without powering down a whole rack of servers, especially convenient when you are working on a sever rack.The Linkskey LKV-7308 is an USB PS/2 Rackmount KVM Switch which supports both USB interface and legacy PS/2 interface on both console side and PC side. You can use either PS/2 keyboard and mouse or USB keyboard and mouse on the console side and the PC side as well. It is especially useful when your server room is inhabited with legacy computers with only PS/2 interfaces and also with newer computers with only USB interfaces. The Linkskey LKV-7308 KVM Switch is robust and durable in a metal enclosure and provides better shielding against electromagnetic interference commonly seen in lab or factory environments. The metal casing offers a sturdy protection needed to withstand accidental impact. The Linkskey LKV-7308 features a console port to connect your shared USB or PS/2 keyboard, mouse, and video. It also features 8 PC ports to connect to your computers and servers. The rackmount design offers a neat placement of the KVM Switch units on the rack for centralized management and also for security enhancement that could be provided by a locked server room. You can simply place it on desktop or mount it on a standard 19 inch rack for more secured and centralized management. Features: 8 Port Rackmount USB PS/2 KVM switch.
