For replacement COAs (torn, marked-up, not there), reseller must go to http://oem.microsoft.com/script/mr/coaReplacement.aspx
and fill out form.
For replacement media (skipping, cracked, whatever), reseller must go to http://oem.microsoft.com/script/mr/MediaReplacement.aspx and fill out form. If the reseller has questions or issues with the process, they may e-mail sbcreplacea@msdirectservices.com directly.
For End Users they need to contact their System Builder for support. However, if they are unable to obtain support from their System Builder, there will be E-2-E Media Replacement support only at a minimal charge.
