3-Pin Molex ConnectorHousing and metal connectors for 3-pin Molex connectors. Each includes one housing and three metal connectors. Loose pack in individual plastic bags. Part No. 22-01-3037-P, 08-50-0114-C.Molex connectors are popular for connecting case fans, CPU coolers, and other accessories to the motherboard. Some of the accessories come with bare leads. However, The molex connectors are hard to find for replacements and other purposes. Notes: (1) You must follow the following instructions to use this connector. (2) For the best results, you should use a professional crimp tool to connect the wires to the connectors. Instructions: (1) Pin layout: with the polarizing pins facing up and the connector pins away from you, the right hand side pin is for ground (black), the middle one is 12V DC (red), and the left one is yellow for temperature sensing. (2) Make sure just enough bare wires are exposed. (3) The metal pins have two sections with a clamp mechanism. Clamp the wire with the cover on the outside metal clamps on the pins first. This will prevent the wire from being pulled away by accident because the plastic cover on the wire is relatively soft. Then clamp the bare wires with the inside clamps to make the electric contact.
