Business HoursNormal Hours of Operation:We observe the following National Holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. We do offer shipping the day after Thanksgiving and Christmas if the day falls on a weekday. Our hours of operation for specific holidays are scheduled as following. ThanksgivingOur office will be closed on November 22nd for Thanksgiving. We will be open on November 23rd; however orders using UPS Ground and USPS will not be processed until Monday November 26th. Orders using UPS / FedEx 2 day or faster will be processed that day. Very limited phone support will be available on November 23rd (much like on Saturdays). Customers with pickup orders are advised to arrive no later than 5pm to ensure pickup will be available. We will also be open Saturday November 24th from 11:00AM-4:00PM for local pickup orders.ChristmasWe will be closed on December 25th so that our workers can enjoy time with their families. Our normal hours will resume on December 26th (9:00am-5:30pm CST).Orders using UPS 1day or 2 day will be processed and shipped on Dec 17th. We will also be open Saturday Dec 23th from 11:00AM-4:00PM for local pick up orders. Those with pickup orders are advised to arrive no later than 3:30pm to insure pickup will be available. Our normal hours will resume on December 26th (9:00am-5:30pm CST). In order to receive goods before Christmas, please choose the correct shipping method during the week before Christmas. For example, choose Saturday Air delivery for orders placed on the 21st. Please note that UPS does not guarantee air shipment during the week before Christmas. New Year's DayWe will close on New Year's Day and Monday January 1st in honor of the holiday. We will re-open at 9:15am on Tuesday January 2nd.Labor DayWe will be closed on Labor day (September 3rd). Orders placed on the 3rd will be processed Tuesday September 4th. Pickup service is still available September 1st from 11am - 4pm at our 10402 Harwin location.Independance DayWe will be open on July 3rd from 10am - 3pm CST for pickup service only. We will offer normal pickup hours on Saturday July 4th. Phone support may have limited availability on July 3rd and 4th as some departments will be closed or running on short crews due to the holiday. We will re-open with normal hours on Monday, July 6th.Tech Support / Customer service is not available on Saturday. If you need assistance during the weekend please post a message on our Forum.
