Order StatusThere are seven ways to find out the status of your outstanding orders:
- E-mail notification of your shipment with tracking numbers and estimated delivery date. The time the confirmation e-mail gets sent depends on the carrier. It's sent on the night of shipping for UPS, instantly for FedEx, and next day for USPS.
- Do an online tracking on our home page, using your order number, for UPS. You can also track a FedEx shipment with our order number. You may track a USPS package only with a USPS tracking number we sent via e-mail.

You can view your order history with us at shopping.yahoo.com if you're registered with Yahoo. Currently, only FedEx shipping methods will show shipping status on this page. Do not use this page for other shipping methods except the following:
"Rejected" - please disregard it. It may be marked as such for internal reasons such as RMAs.
"On Hold" - please call our customer service immediately. We may need to contact you right away regarding your order.
- Post a status request at our HelpDesk & Forums, but please do the above first.
- E-mail orders@directron.us with a reference to your order number if 1 & 2 failed.
- Call us toll free (# supplied in your e-mail confirmation) or 713-773-3636 during our business hours, Mon-Fri, 9-5, CST, or fax to 713-772-9393.
