Prizes for Customers Who Give Us Feedback!We welcome customer feedback to make Directron.com an even better place to shop!- Positive or Negative feedback is welcome! If you sign up with a merchant rating program when you place an order on our site, Yahoo! will send you a customer survey e-mail two weeks after you place your order. If you follow the instructions to rate us, you are eligible to win prizes such as systems, monitors, natural keyboards, optical mice, etc. Historic Yahoo Ratings & Comments are published here. Current Yahoo Ratings and Comments are published on Yahoo Shopping Your feedback through the following independent web sites is also eligible to win. You can send your feedback at multiple locations to increase your chances to win. RULES: (1) A drawing is made whenever enough of the feedback is received for the item. (2) Both positive and negative feedback is eligible for the prizes. Anonymous feedback does not qualify, since we do not have a way to reach you after you win a prize. (3) Winners will be notified by e-mail. Upon accepting the prize, the winner agrees that his or her name, city, and state may be listed on this page. (4) Directron.com employees and direct relatives are not eligible to win. Directron.com reserves the right to change or cancel this program without notice. (5) Decisions by Directron.com concerning the prizes are final. (6) We'll notify winners by e-mail with an authorization code to claim the prizes. You must claim your prize together with a new order. Notes: (1) This is merely a way for us to encourage customers to give us feedback. Most of our customers do not bother to take this step. We have accumulated over 8000 ratings through Yahoo since there is an opt-in option on the order and the rating invitation is sent automatically. None of the other rating sites come close to that percentage of participation from our customers. As the Rules state, both negative and positive feedback are encouraged. If you have signed up with Yahoo to rate us when you order with us, all you need to do is to wait for an e-mail from Yahoo. Yahoo will give you detailed instruction and a link to how to rate us. Remember to forward your rating and comments to us. Once we receive your rating, your e-mail is automatically added to the drawing pool. If you didn't sign up with Yahoo, you need to go to our home page and click either the WebWatchDog.com or ePublicEye.com icon right above the search window. Once you are on their respective web site, follow the links there to add your rating and comments. Both sites will forward your comments to us, which adds your e-mail address to our pool for prizes. How do I increase my chance of winning these prizes? You may sign up to rate us every time you place an order to increase your chances of winning.
