"I just wanted comment on your online store. Your site is very well setup, your prices are competitive, it is easy to navagate and there is a massive inventory to choose from. I recently made a purchase with your store, order #82940, last week. I am building a new pc and purchased a case and cpu from you, unfortunately I had to get my mb and ram elsewhere because you did not carry those items I wanted at the time. What I wanted to comment on is knowing how long a customers shipment will takes before it is ordered. Yes you do have literature on your website to find this info out but I think that customers should be directed to this before checking out. I had no idea my shipment was going to take a whole week. I would have paid the extra $$. And good old ups sticks by there scheduled delivery no matter what. My package has been at the north bay hub, ca since the evening of Jan. 22 and could have easily been here the 23 or 24 but the schedule date is the 25th and ups sticks by it no matter if the package is ahead of schedule. Anyway in the future I still will shop at your store but I will be more aware of shipping times. Thank You" --Joe K.
