"Just a quick note with some praise for your tech support group. I ordered some items from your company at the beginning of the year because I found your name on Pricewatch.com. I was having some trouble with a part and needed to get a replacement. I just wanted to let you know that your tech support team is top notch! I dealt with 2 individuals specifically, Garrie Wood and Mike (I didn't catch his last name) and they were a pleasure to work with. They were both polite on the phone and went that extra step to help me get my problem resolved.
"I do a lot of upgrading and building PC's for people and have dealt with many different resellers. Too often than not, resellers cut costs on the tech support department and the customer is the one who gets burned when a problem arises. When I find one with good prices and service, I will continue to give them my business. Please keep up the good work and I look forward to doing more business with you in the future!" --Kirk P.
"If you want great prices for great products with great tech support this is the place. Not only did I encounter problems but without any hesitation I was instructed to send my cpu and motherboard back for testing and replacement, if needed. After hanging up, I tried one last time to set my bios according to Mikes (technician) instruction and to my surprise it worked. I am not a computer genius and Mike made me feel that its okay if I flunked Bios 101. Thanks Directron, thanks Mike." --Paul J.
