After placing your order:

Within a minute, you should receive a confirmation e-mail at the e-mail address you have provided to us. The e-mail contains your Order Number in the Subject and all your order details except your credit card infomation. Call (800) 988-4224 x1500 or (713) 773-9898 x1500 [9-6 CST M-F] or e-mail orders@directron.us if you have questions about your order.

Our web server immediately sends the order by e-mail and FAX to our physical location. An auto reply is then sent to your e-mail account as a second confirmation for some special orders such as RMA, ODR, and SDR reports.

Your order will be processed manually. We'll contact you via phone and/or e-mail if we have any problem processing your order/payment.

Most items will be shipped on the same business day for orders placed before 1pm except systems which may take 1-3 days and orders having other complications. You should receive a UPS e-mail confirmation once your package is shipped by UPS. The e-mail will tell you the UPS tracking number(s), number of packages shipped, weight, and the estimated delivery date.

Rarely we have to adjust the shipping cost due to problems at UPS's website.
