Track UPS PackagePackage tracking is easy at Directron.com.(1) First, find your Order Number. Your Order Number should be in the subject of your first e-mail confirmation. It is also shown on your online order confirmation page. If you lost your order number, you may call us and we'll do a search for you. (2) Enter the numeric Order Number in the window below for UPS or FedEx, respectively. Enter only the numeric order number. No letters or symbols. (3) Click "Track Package." Another window will pop up to show you the UPS tracking information. Example: The subject of your e-mail confirmation may read "Order 326894 from catalog directron." Enter only 326894 in the window below: Online tracking will work only after the mid-night of the date your package is shipped. If you provide a working e-mail with your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation from UPS. We now offer easy FedEx tracking with Directron.com order numbers! Orders shipped by UPS will not be tracked by the FedEx link below. Currently, no shipping confirmation e-mail is automatically sent for FedEx shipping method. if you know your FedEx tracking number. All USPS packages except those to APO/FPO addresses are shipped with delivery confirmation. An e-mail will be sent to you with the delivery confirmation number once your order is shipped and when your package has been delivered. You can use the confirmation number on USPS's web site to confirm whether a package has been shipped or delivered. However, the confirmation does not allow you to track the package during transit as UPS and FedEx do. If you didn't receive your confirmation number by e-mail, please e-mail orders@directron.us or call customer service 713-773-3636.
