    What are the steps to pick up my order?

    #1: Choose items that you would like to order. Pay attention if the item is a drop-ship item. Such drop-ship items are not located in our Houston warehouse. These drop-ship items are clearly marked in the text of the item's description. To pick up drop-ship items you must pay for the item first, give us a few days, call our customer support to see if it has arrived. All other non drop-ship items can be picked up the same day.

    #2: Place an order choosing "Pick-up, No Shipping Charge" shipping method at the checkout. You may pay with a credit card, PayPal or choose "Cash for walk-in customers" to be charged at the pick up time, we can charge your credit card on the spot too. If you decided to pay on the website and were charged a shipping fee, we will remove the shipping charge once you come to pick it up. Please note, if you paid with a credit card, only a credit card holder may pick up the order, bring photo ID. We do not accept checks.

    #3: After placing an order write down the order number and bring it with you. See here for directions and maps to our location. Please, give us a few business hours to process your order before arriving to pick it up.

    #4: Arrive at our location during our business hours (9am-6pm on Monday through Friday and 11am-3pm on Saturdays). During rush hours wait time can be up to 40 mins, it is advisable to come in the mornings or evenings for faster service. You may place an order in our store as well, however, it might might take longer to wait.

    #5: Once you arrive, go to the sales counter and on the right hand side there will be a computer where you should enter your order number. You must do so even if you have placed the order in our store. With the order number entered our warehouse would know that you are here and ready to pick up. The warehouse will bring your complete order and then a sales person will call out the name printed on the order.

    #6: While you wait for a sales person to call your order, you may see our clearance deals in the store and check out our MS Vista/Office kiosk.

    I live in Houston. May I pick up my order?

    Yes. Choose the "Pick-up, No Shipping Charge" shipping method on the 2nd checkout page. Our web site might still add a shipping charge. If it does, please ignore that. The shipping cost will be removed from the order when we receive and process your order.

    We strongly encourage walk-in customers to place an order online at home first before coming to pick it up. It would save you much time in waiting. Please, allow at least one hour after placing your order.

    We do have computers in our showroom with Internet access where you may place an order in the store. We encourage walk-in customers who have not placed an order online yet to locate your products online, add them to the shopping basket, place order and enter the order number into our pick-up system.

    When may I pick up my order?

    Please allow a few business hours before coming to our office to pick up the order after it was placed.

    You are welcome to leave a note on the 2nd order page to alert us when you'll pick your order up. If you are in a hurry, you may call (713)773-9898 x1500 first to make sure that your order is ready.

    Please allow at least 2-3 business days for non-stock, drop-ship (ds) items such as printers, notebook batteries, proprietary memories as marked on the item description. These drop-ship items are clearly marked in the text of the description. We often have these items drop shipped directly to your address so that you don't have to pick them up.

    Why is there a shipping charge for my pick-up order?

    The shipping charge should be zero if you chose "Pick-up, No Shipping Charge" payment method. If it does show a shipping charge, we'll promptly remove at the time of transaction. All orders are charged manually after they are received. We'll remove it the shipping charge when processing your order.

    If we have charged the shipping charge by accident, please let us know and we will issue a refund right away.

    What are your business hours?

    Our business hours for pick-up orders are 9am-6pm on Monday through Friday and 11am-3pm on Saturdays. Please, allow a few business hours before picking up your order. For instance, if you placed an order at night, your order would not be ready at 9:00am the following morning. You are welcome to leave a note on the 2nd checkout page to alert us when you'll pick your order up. If you are in a hurry, you may call (713)773-9898 x1500 first to make sure that your order is ready.

    Please, note that we do not offer tech support or phone support on Saturdays.

    Is there something special for walk-in customers?

    We now have a show room where we display many opened, used, and clearance items such as cases and monitors at significantly reduced prices. You're welcome to check these items out before purchasing them. However, please no refund or credit once you purchase these items (with exchange warranty).

    In case there is too long a waiting time...

    In situations when we promised that an order placed online is ready at the time you call but it is not ready at the time you come to pick up, we can make arrangement for the package shipped to you at our cost to save you waiting time. Sometimes, stock situations changes without notice. Instead of asking you to come back one more time to pick up an out of stock item, we may offer to ship the item to you at our expense.
