If Directron so offers such an iron clad satisfaction guaranteed with absolutely no money out of the consumer's pocket, then I suggest that they post this in a highly visible manner on each and every page that they present to the consumer. I almost did not purchase this product because it was only $5.00 cheaper than the local Office Max offered it for. I decided to go ahead just to try an online purchase. So far it has benn a very nice experience, but I do make this suggestion to Directron so that their customers may know that shopping with them on line and returning goods online will be every bit as easy as it is shopping in the local retail store.
