This cable works well with Black Lite-On SATA Slim DVD Burner DS-8A2S-A01.
This is the standard SATA connector for all slimline SATA drives. A single power and data connector plugs into the slimline drive directly.
From the connector, the cable splits into a standard Latching SATA data cable and a power connector which plugs into any standard 4-pin 5V(molex) connector. Cable length is 8 Inch. Also available in 18 inch size.
