Since 1994 we have offered a physical location to purchase products for our local Houston customers. However, starting January 23, 2017, we will no longer be accepting any walk-in customers at our 10402 Harwin Drive location. Customers will only be able to pick up their orders from our brick and mortar store after they have made a purchase from our online store at https://www.directron.com/. This will not affect our Repair and RMA services, which will still accept walk-in customers. We will no longer have any floor items available for purchase in our showroom.

Please email or if you need assistance of any kind, including pre-sale product questions or concerns about your order. We will contact you in the event a product is being drop shipped from our affiliate facilities and you have selected Store Pick Up as your shipping method during checkout.
