1. Q: Are you an authorized warranty service provider?



A: Yes. We are Certified Lenovo Repair Center. For Lenovo products, we provide FREE warranty services if your computer is still under manufacturer warranty. We can fix them for you on behalf of Lenovo. If you are unsure if your Lenovo products are still under warranty, please check with Lenovo's website. Sorry we do not provide free warranty services on behalf of HP, DELL, Acer and ASUS at this time. For non-warranty products, the service fee will be charged at the time of diagnosis and payment rendered at the time of services unless otherwise agreed upon.

2. Q: How much does it cost for PC, Laptop & Tablet repair?



A: A flat fee of $99 applies for any required diagnostics. And an estimate for the actual cost to fix a problem is just an estimate. The actual cost may be higher or lower.

3. Q: How much does the shipping cost, and the payment methods?



A: Shipping cost calculated on real time with zip code, weight, & UPS rates, and estimated UPS delivery time to your location.

A: We can fix most common problems on PC, Laptop & Tablet such as system configuration, battery replacement, hard drive problems, and memory problems. We can even fix most laptop motherboard issues and touch screens. However, if a problem comes up and the feasible solution is to buy a replacement computer we will let you know. And we will cover all possible options, to the best of our ability.

5. Q: How fast can you get a repair work completed?



A: It depends upon the types of products, the complexity of the problem, and availability of parts. We will keep you informed every step of the way.

6. Q: Do you repair peripherals?



A: Yes, we can do limited services and repairs on printers, monitors, and other peripherals. Most of these products are difficult and costly to fix. We will let you know if we run into issues. And we are very happy to give you professional suggestions and help you purchase a new computer (we SELL THEM too!).

7. Q: What if some special parts are needed? Or can I know the detailed prices of the necessary parts that you order for repairing?



A: If special parts are needed from the manufacturer, or an extra waiting time will be required, we will let you know. And yes, we will inform you of the cost of the special parts before purchasing them for you. Once purchased, such specially ordered parts are not refundable.
